Let me somewhat side
with Matt here. I'm not anti-park, but I am anti "any green space is good." I'm all for parks which are designed for humans to actually visit them. So, I'm pro-recreation field, pro-playground, pro-parks with amenities, pro-letting people BBQ and picnic and have a glass of wine. But I'm anti-let's just plant some grass because it's green and it's good. That's not a park, it's a field, and while fields aren't necessarily bad they aren't necessarily a preferred use of a lot either.
