Given the high unemployment rate of high school dropouts, it's probably true that not graduating high school is a serious
impediment to career success. But having said that, it shouldn't be the case! Certainly nothing wrong with people getting a bit of education, including formal education, but the need for diplomas and degrees has become an unnecessary barrier in too many professions.
