The thing is that the media will generally let them get away with these contradictions. Everyone knows liberals just like to raise taxes and spend lots of money on useless crap, so a liberal supported health care plan must cause the
deficit to increase. Only the brave Blue Dogs, fresh off voting to spend billions for more Freedom Bombs, can save us from that fate.
