While I'm generally on board with Summers bashing, I'm not sure I
quite agree with Felix that the Baker NYT piece makes him THE bad guy. I'd say, if anything, it makes Obama the bad guy, and not simply in the kossacks just work for the Czar sense. I think "they" believed in December of 2009 through the Summer of 2010 that they'd fixed it. And "they" includes the guy in charge.
