I'm not really surprised
by these numbers, but my futile hope is that maybe just maybe some in the press will stop letting Bill Donohue be the spokesperson for all Catholics. I get that what the hierarchy says will inevitably get some additional weight, but there's no need to compound that by pretending that asshole speaks for the people.
