A multifamily rowhouse was rehabbed around the corner from me, and 4 giant utility meters now cover half of the facade at street level. It's really ugly. One outside meter is ok, but requiring them all to be outside is really becoming a problem. There are no setbacks - homes are right on the sidewalk. Hopefully they curtail the practice, and not
just in "historic districts."
