The buck has to stop somewhere. Can´t we start acknowledging that serial liar Condi Rice is not only
dishonest but utterly incompetent? This is the kind of incompetence which can lead to thousands of deaths. Haven´t we known this since her absurd remarks and prevarications about the events leading up to 9/11? Can´t anyone in this administration be held responsible for anything that happens under their watch?
