If any of the conserva-tarians had an ounce of consistency, they'd be puzzled about all these NO-BID CONTRACTS GIVEN TO DICK CHENEY'S FORMER EMPLOYER FROM WHICH HE STILL RECEIVES MAJOR COMPENSATION WHICH ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF HIS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WASN'T REQUIRED.
