We all know he will be the first president since Hoover to leave the country with fewer jobs than we had at the beginning of his term, now he's decided he wants to be the first president since Hoover to refuse to attend an NAACP convention during his term.
President Bush declined an invitation to speak at the NAACP's annual convention, the group said.
The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People expects more than 8,000 people to attend the convention, which opens on Saturday.
