I'm with the CW which seems to be telling us that the centerpiece of the domestic agenda that we'll hear about tonight will be
privatizing social security. As BMM points out, there's little chance of them actually releasing any kind of plan with any kind of numbers that would add up. But, they'll do it anyway, using lots of nice words to make it sound like the best thing since sliced bread. That'll leave Kerry to criticize a plan which doesn't exist, and leave the pundits all scratching their heads because all those numbers are so complicated.
