Uh, Jpod, he was deputy HHS Secretary, Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy and was nominated by Bush to be a federal judge, and his name has made a few
appearances at The Corner. Almost a shame the Democrats blocked the judicial nomination, that would've been funny.
