Well, I guess after some reflection I have no real idea what the hell they're planning to do next. My first thought was that this is just "stay the course" with a new ribbon on it. Or, maybe, we're going to buy al-Sadr off with a billion bucks. Or, maybe, we're going to attack a few more countries (Wots... uh the deal with patriot missiles). Or, maybe, we're going to tell the troops to feel free to kill a bit more freely. Or maybe we're going to do all of these things simultaneously without any understanding that they don't really fit together very well.
