I actually don't really
have a problem with that. An indictment... well, dozens of indictments... isn't a conviction. Obviously one can have a higher standard for "should be serving in Congress" than one does for "should not be in jail," but House elections are pretty frequent and voters can chuck him out if they want to, as can his colleagues in the House if they so choose.
