You have be incredibly ignorant about Social Security and the political debate which unfolded just a couple of short years ago to assert
that McCain thinks "private accounts" should be "in addition to Social Security." Because, you know, we already have "private accounts" that are "in addition to Social Security." They're called IRAs and 401Ks.
