Reading a sampling of recent punditry, as well as the "political analysis" type stuff which pretends not to be punditry but is, I'm struck again by the fact that in many ways the Village is perpetually stuck in 1994. One would think they could look around and see the magnitude of certain current events and understand that maybe the country's moved on from their petty sniping.
May as well hope to find a pony in big shitpile.
