All of this stuff is about adult men being completely freaked out about any expression of teen female sexuality. Simple nudity - or just being less than fully clothed - isn't pornography by any reasonable definition. More than that, in the age of omnipresent digitial cameras and webcams, this stuff is just going to be part of "normal" teen behavior. Like plenty of such behavior it isn't entirely unproblematic, but nor should it be prosecuted under child pornography laws.
...and the absurdity goes on.
