For the longest time I really have not understood what is meant by the "culture war" or what qualifies as "culture war" issues. I mean, I guess it's uteruses and fucking and gay people, but I don't get why our pundit class thinks it vitally important that people stop arguing about this stuff as opposed to all the other stuff people argue about.
