We might - and have! - see some areas where relatively new exurban development becomes rather slumlike, as foreclosures, trashouts, and unsold homes create a bit of a wasteland. But I'm not really sure buy into the whole death of suburbia stuff, and I think most local governments will light their neighborhoods on fire before they let them
subdivide single family homes into multifamily ones.
