There's a
germ of a point here, that these days in popular thought and discourse we tend to conflate statutory rape with both rape and child molestation, when these things are not exactly the same. But otherwise it's just Lord Saletan saying that unless he gets to administer Justice in precisely the fashion he thinks is appropriate, then rich and powerful people should get away with raping 13 year old girls.
