Talks are continuing and strike hasn't happened yet, new deadline is this evening, but even if it does the
regional rails and suburban trolleys (Norristown high speed line, 101, 102) will still run. The latter won't be much help for getting into center city, but the former will. For those heading to the baseball stadium for the world series, if the strike does happen, it's probably a $20 cab ride from Market East or Suburban Station to the stadium. And late after the game trains will be running.
