I don't think everyone wants to live in an urban hellhole, but I don't like laws and regulations which make building urban hellholes illegal (as I've written many times, my block and basically every residential block in and around center city would be illegal to build today). For some reason the status quo is seen as something given my
God and The Market instead of the consequence of regulation and infrastructure policy decisions.
