I was really
annoyed in 2008 that some time and energy was wasted on a crappy climate bill that wasn't going to pass anyway. I'll be equally annoyed if time and energy is wasted on a crappy climate bill that
isn't going to pass anyway, especially now that there are more Democrats in the Senate.
