bi-partisan fantasies salutes to departing politicians that make up about a third of his columns (the ones that don't quote a right-wing think tank) David Broder says that Chris Dodd is a nice guy.
Well, that's so very important isn't it? But there was
one statement that seemed particularly awkward:
In all that time, I don't recall ever doing a favor for Dodd.
