I get that this cleanup will require a massive operation and it's difficult to scale up such a thing very quickly both in terms of manpower and supplies, but it really does not seem that BP is doing all that they can do. Sternly worded letter

Coast Guard Rear Adm. James Watson has written a letter to BP, giving the company 48 hours to come up with additional "leak containment capacity" to deal with the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
