The oil is flowing
freely, but the news is not. I'm betting the reason no reporter has been arrested yet is because the law imposing criminal charges on anyone filming anything BP doesn't want revealed is for intimidation purposes only. Otherwise, surely, there's one reporter out there willing to risk arrest to get the story.
