I knew we had a massive housing bubble based on my knowledge of the fact that there just weren't that many people in the country who could afford $800K+ homes. But if that wasn't enough evidence, the fact that
rents were flat as prices were rising should have been a tip off. And it was to dirty hippies, but not to Very Serious People.
