I'm reasonably sure that a big reason car free people like me use car sharing is because of the occasional need to carry some things. That doesn't mean car share cars need to be giant - I usually get a Prius though occasionally get a pickup if I really need to carry a lot - but not sure what the advantage of bicycle
replacement vehicles is.
