I'd run an evening tabloid like the
Evening Standard, or at least the Evening Standard I remember. Haven't been in London to read it in awhile. A later afternoon/evening paper seems to fit the rhythm of things than a morning paper, and it was a good mix of tabloidy headlines and more substantial art/culture/politics coverage. And the internet tells me it's free now.
