There's parcel in center city which has been a community garden for years. It was slated to be developed a few years ago, though that didn't happen. Now it seems development might happen again. Good. I think it's great if people turn empty lots into community gardens. Imperfectly maintained community gardens are much better than not at all maintained empty lots. But this parcel is at the corner of two main streets and sits on top of a subway stop. It should be developed, and I'm glad much of the
local internet seems to agree.
