Of course we know Republicans don't actually care about deficit reduction. Most of them don't much care about spending cuts, though some do. They care about tax cuts for rich people and how best to achieve that. Still if we actually care about the deficit the best way to start to fix it is for...incomes, and therefore tax revenues,
