Public transit to the airport is always going to be a slightly problematic beast given that people have luggage, and sometimes lots of luggage. But if you're going to
spend the money to do it, it needs to be, for as many people as possible, a one seat ride. An additional switch onto a "people mover" or similar isn't really superior to a bus.
