To me a big issue with electric cars isn't the full charge time, as most of the time that's going to happen while sitting parked at work or sitting parked at home. The issue is how long does it take to juice you up so you can extend the charge long enough to go an 10 extra miles, or whatever. In other words, if you are running out of "gas" how long are you going to have to pause your journey before you can go just a bit longer.
20 minutes full charge time isn't bad, but will it be ok to just charge it for 5 minutes and then keep going? I'm guessing yes, but I don't know...
