Obviously the "shocker"
of this graph is that there wasn't a majority of people willing to tell pollsters that they approved of interracial marriages until the mid-90s. This is surprising now. It was surprising to me in the early aughts when I first became aware of this. What I'm not sure of is whether I would've been surprised by this in the early 90s. I don't remember.
