Maintaining
such train service in the "nice things" category. Sure it's a waste of money, but we waste money on all kinds of stupid things, so why don't we waste money on things I like. Still, 5.5 hours from Harrisburg to Pittsburgh with once per day service is somewhat less than awesome.
