I don't actually have any sense of the politics of Obamacare at this point, but from a purely technocratic standpoint I wouldn't mind if the administration released a bill to fix whatever problems they think are there. I don't mean a fantasy liberal single payer bill, which is the real fix, I just mean various minor changes which would ease implementation of the basic framework. They've had years to think about this and I wouldn't mind knowing what they think is wrong with it.
