In all seriousness I never really know when to take credit for anything, and usually don't care to.
Dday's article was kind and but of course I'm obviously not the first person to suggest that Social Security benefits should be expanded. At best I'm the butterfly that flapped its wings at the right moment, even though other butterflies had tried. But for whatever the reason, I think it's now just a bit harder to cut social security, and a bit more likely that candidates will come out in favor of boosting it, than it was a year ago. So, yay us. A win.
