Lots of rich people in New York really really really
hate the bikeshare system, finding it to be an aesthetic horror. I've seen them. Relative to many other typical urban aesthetic horrors they're pretty mild. I'm guessing it's more just "getoffmylawnism" about the kids today and their ipods and their bikeshare and their hippity hop.
