Yes a more centrally
located baseball stadium would have been better, but only if done right. And by "done right" I mean done without massive amounts of nearby parking. That was/is unlikely, as people concerned with traffic and parking tend to think the solution is more parking. The real solution is to tell people to take the damn subway or train. The Nationals basically did that with their ballpark, but I can't see it happening here.
