I'm not saying I think it would or could happen (no idea!), but just for the sake of discussion,
what if fracking caused some catastrophic city-leveling earthquake. I guess I'm wondering what level of disaster would cause any change in the status quo. Would they just keep on fracking? Suck it, rubble covered people!
