It's late and I'm too lazy to research, but my memory of this stuff is that one member of Congress was like "HOLY SHIT THERE'S SOME CONGRESSIONAL INSIDER TRADING GOING ON" which was so bizarrely corrupt as to seem unpossible... which quickly shifted to "HOLY SHIT EVERYBODY AND THEIR COUSIN IS DOING THIS SHIT."
Been surprised it never got more coverage. My guess is that, you know, the cousins are doing it too, if you know who I mean.
