A lot of the visible drug trade (visible being a key word here - street corner drug deals) happens in urban hellholes, but that doesn't mean it's locals who
are doing most of the buying. Because it's visible - because you can find the right street corner and make a deal anonymously instad than having to find a regular seller - it gets all of the attention, but it isn't where all the drugs are and it certainly isn't where all the drugs users are.
