Unlike most "crazy new" transit ideas I don't, at first blush, think this is crazy. But capacity
is the question, and I don't see the answer. Speed really isn't the primary issue on Central London tube line areas, it's capacity. If a "travelator" can handle the capacity, great idea! Don't think it can.
