The Chosen One

NPR just informed me that Rubio's campaign has been a "rollercoaster ride" with him being "up" (!) in 3rd place in Iowa, and "down" at 5th place in New Hampshire.

Pretty sure it's all been down, but I'm not a savvy NPR pundit.
