Giuliani's hilarious resurfacing (again) is a reminder of those crazy post-9/11 days, when suddenly he became America's Mayor complete with (I might not be remembering this entirely correctly) his own Snuffy Walden theme song which followed him around everywhere.
Quite amazing how every single major media outlet just ran with that.
