There isn't one comprehensive solution though "giving people (not corporations) lots of fucking money without any complications or strings attached" gets us a lot of the way. But even if my cunning plan isn't the right one (and as I said even my cunning plan isn't enough), there is no way our "lol gonna go on vacation for a month" Congress is going to do enough and the executive branch is just going to steal it all and give it to their friends so shruggy.
