George Bush Was Bad

I get that people who didn't pay much attention back then - people who did not read this very fine blog, for example - don't really realize. A point of this blog, to the extent that there was one, was that George Bush was very bad in ways which were not adequately covered elsewhere in the punditsphere.

But there are people who I know should know better... who have just pretended to forget.

The campaign to normalize the George W. Bush presidency is part of a broader campaign to separate the Republican Party from Donald Trump. We should reject the whole project, and call Bush what he is: a war criminal abroad and a villain at home.

People who worked for George Bush are, also, too, very bad.
