The Election Day NARRATIVE

It's dumb (and other words) that we even have to think about this, but if Philly and Montco are making a big election day "count the mail in votes" effort, which they supposedly are, then Trump might start demanding WE COUNT ALL THE VOTES AS LONG AS IT TAKES.

Also of note, MontCo says it will begin to release mail-in ballot results at 8:30 pm on election night.

MontCo voters requested 274k mail-in ballots...so far about 80% have been returned

Philly will go big for Biden, obviously, and Montco (Philly suburb) pretty big %-wise, and also with a lot of votes. If large Dem-favored counties count quickly...
