This isn't in response to anything in particular at the moment, but I do keep coming back to the problem of overcredentialed but fundamentally uneducated people who are completely convinced that this is the club of people who should be running things.
The problem isn't the existence of Jared, it's that the existence of Jared does not make any of these people question the value of having a School Near Boston on your CV.
Not just the value of it, but that it's a minimum requirement.
