With some exceptions (schools and...?), there basically aren't any state-imposed mask mandates anywhere? I don't think? Certainly few that would impact Fox's retiree audience.
Stores can mostly serve who they want according to all those club bouncers who did not determine me to be sexy enough to enter, except for some anti-discrimination laws, and I don't think MAGA is a protected class, yet.
