SCOOP

A partial answer to this is given every time some sort of SCOOP (major or minor) is handed on a plate to one of the worst political media outlets (Politico, Axios, Punchbowl, their alums at the NYT, etc.).

There is no need to do that. As I tried to pitch years ago, and I really never meant me because SCOOPS are not really what we do here on this very fine blog, the way to support more progressive media outlets is to make them relevant and necessary, unignorable, by giving your SCOOPS to them instead.
